Ramen workshop

Join a hands-on ramen workshop in Lyon where you will learn to prepare this dish from scratch. Guided by Ying, you will discover how to create a fragrant broth, knead and stretch fresh noodles by hand, and assemble your bowl with marinated eggs and toppings.

The experience lasts 3 hours and concludes with a group tasting. A 100% vegetarian option is available upon request via email. The workshop is located at 71 Rue Moncey and is wheelchair accessible.
