Mochi Workshop

Dive into the Japanese tradition of mochi-making with this hands-on workshop. Guided by Ying, the restaurant's founder, you will learn the techniques behind these iconic pastries, from shaping the dough to steaming.

During the session, you will craft ten handmade mochi with various sweet fillings to take home with you. It is a chance to master the art of mochi and enjoy a creative culinary experience.

The workshop lasts 90 minutes and is suitable for ages 15 and up. After booking, you will receive an email with contact details to inform the host of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
