Steamed dumpling and gyoza workshop

Immerse yourself in the art of Asian cuisine with this hands-on workshop dedicated to making steamed dumplings and gyoza. Under the guidance of chef Ying, you will learn the techniques of dough preparation, folding, and cooking to create your own homemade dishes.

During this 3-hour experience, you will make 20 dumplings with two types of fillings. You will have the opportunity to taste your creations on-site or take them home with you.

The minimum age to participate is 15. After confirmation, you will receive the provider's contact details to communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies. The event takes place at 71 Rue Moncey in Lyon.
