Brunch in the night

Discover the "Brunch in the night" at the Malvar restaurant in the Hospes Puerta de Alcalá in Madrid. This evening gastronomic experience combines gourmet dishes with signature cocktails in an exclusive five-star setting.

The menu includes appetizers to share, such as low-temperature egg with truffle potato foam, beef tartare, and croissant toast with truffle pesto and smoked salmon. For the main course, you can choose between roasted pumpkin hummus with kale salad or a Cuban sandwich on brioche bread. Dessert is a pancake with burratina, honey, and pickled tomatoes, offering an original contrast between sweet and acidic.

The experience includes a cocktail of your choice, either a Mimosa or an Aperol Spritz. Service is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
