Authentic Asian Dumplings - SF

Learn how to make Chinese dumplings in this hands-on cooking class at the Hotel Majestic in San Francisco. Guided by an expert chef, you will discover how to create dough from scratch and also use store-bought wrappers to compare different textures.

The class includes preparing a version with pork, chives, and shrimp, as well as a vegetarian version with tofu. At the end of the session, you can enjoy your creations accompanied by a drink available for purchase at the venue's bar.
