Candlelight: 90s Hip-Hop on Strings

Experience 90s hip-hop music in a new light with Candlelight concerts. The Alan J. Levine Performing Arts Theater JCC Omaha hosts a live performance where the most famous tracks of the genre are rearranged for a string quartet, all illuminated by the soft glow of candlelight.

The program features medleys of iconic artists such as Fugees, Lauryn Hill, Outkast, Missy Elliott, Nas, Jay-Z, A Tribe Called Quest, Wu-Tang Clan, 2Pac, The Notorious B.I.G., and Dr. Dre, performed by the Listeso String Quartet.

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and late entry is not permitted. The minimum age is 8 years old; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The venue is accessible, and seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. This is a tribute concert and is not affiliated with the artists mentioned.
