Fire and Ice

Experience Fuego y Hielo at BioSpa, located inside Reto48 in Madrid. In a private room, you can alternate between an infrared sauna session and an ice bath, a thermal contrast experience designed to promote physical recovery and vitality.

The infrared sauna helps relax muscles and aids in toxin release, while the ice bath stimulates circulation. This practice is aimed at those looking to increase their physical endurance and feel refreshed.

Each session lasts 1 hour. The service is available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 21:00, and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00. The spa is located at Calle Velázquez 138.
