BioSpa Fit

BioSpa Fit is a training program designed to optimize your well-being and fitness efficiently. The method combines muscle activation, hormonal optimization, and vibration therapy to achieve results with just one weekly session.

Each session is guided by a BioSpa trainer who adapts the protocol to your personal goals. The program also includes bi-weekly body composition measurements to track your progress.

The center is open from Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. The total duration is one hour, divided into one or two sessions. The meeting point is at BioSpa, located inside Reto48 at Calle Velázquez 138.
