Beirut is an indie folk musical project led by American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Zach Condon. The group blends elements of Balkan folk and orchestral pop with global influences, utilizing instruments such as trumpets, accordions, and ukuleles.

Among their best-known works are the albums Gulag Orkestar, The Flying Club Cup, and The Rip Tide. Their live performances are known for their intimate atmosphere, suspended between melancholy and orchestral suggestions.
