The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; late entry is not permitted once the concert has begun. The minimum age is 8; those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The venue is wheelchair accessible in zones A-D, but not in the galleries. Seating within the booked zone is on a first-come, first-served basis.
